NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Finance and Budget Committee meeting on March 9, 2026 at 3:00 pm at City Hall 511 W. Texas Artesia, NM 88210. This meeting is to discuss the upcoming FY26 budget.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this meeting is not a public meeting of the City of Artesia City Council within the definition of the Open Meetings Act. No City policy will be formulated nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action at this meeting within the authority of the City’s governing body.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a majority of the Council may be present.
