NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Mayoral Town Hall Forum held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at the Artesia Country Club, 2701 W. Richey Ave. and at 5:30 p.m., at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center, 310 W. Main St., Artesia, NM.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this session aims to provide valuable information and insights into the recent Municipal Officers Election. We hope all interested will attend as we understand the important information that impacts our community.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this meeting is not a public meeting of the City of Artesia City Council within the definition of the Open Meetings Act. No City policy will be formulated, nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action within the authority of the City’s governing body.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a majority of the Council may be participating.
