[ARCHIVED] New Housing Construction Underway in Artesia

If you've driven around town lately you may have seen work being done at 4th and Runyan. The block, which was the site of the old armory building, will now be used for new housing.  

We expect more than 40 new units to go in at the site. The first of these units should arrive in the fall of 2026. These units will be a combination of single-family homes and condo-style duplexes.
