On June 11th the Artesia Senior Center hosted a luncheon honoring local government officials. Among those honored were Artesia City Councilors and staff, Senator Jim Townsend, and Representative and Mayor Jon Henry.
The luncheon recognized the support that they have provided to the Senior Center. Officials were given items that were made by our seniors during classes offered at the center.
We want to thank our officials and staff for their work in helping seniors in our community.
