NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Comprehensive Plan Public
Meeting held on January 10, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., at the Artesia Recreation Center, 612 N. 8th St.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this meeting is not a public meeting of the City of Artesia City Council within the definition of the Open Meetings Act. No City policy will be formulated, nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action within the authority of the City’s governing body.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a majority of the Council may be participating.
